The eighth volume of THE HORROR ARCHIVES goes under: ten maritime nightmares of deep-sea creatures, drowned remains, parasitic sea life and deformed divers in a world no human should survive, with six scenes per world.

Deepwater Dread is planned, not released. Its release details, format and price are not set yet.

The books contain gothic, creature, body and splatter horror imagery. They are not made for children.

  1. The Downward Lantern

    A lighthouse whose beam points straight down into a flooded maze of dead keepers, powered by a living organ

  2. The Brass Divers

    A lost expedition's brass suits still walk the seabed, fanged things inside the helmets, collecting new bodies

  3. The Keel Orchard

    A graveyard of sunken ships that have taken root, with real faces on the figureheads and chains that move like tentacles

  4. The Knuckle Reef

    A reef of skulls and bone that grows by building castaways and divers into itself

  5. The Kelp Hangmen

    A kelp forest that strangles divers and hangs them among the leaves while plant beasts roam the floor

  6. The Blind Silt

    Blind things under miles of silt that hunt by heartbeat and swallow whole expeditions

  7. The Glass Lung Station

    A research station whose oxygen tanks grow lungs until the whole base breathes air and flesh

  8. The Boiling Grave

    Hydrothermal chimneys where glowing-organed creatures live and the dead are mineralised into heat-proof monsters

  9. The Black Ice Below

    A sealed ocean under the ice, its frozen creatures waking with parasites under transparent skin

  10. The Bottomless Maw

    The deepest trench, lined with bones and teeth, turns out to be the open mouth of something unimaginably large
